The ruins of the Fountain of Gaius Laecanius Bassus, a structure from the first century CE (of the Common Era), can be seen near Domitian Street.
The fountain consists of a colonnaded courtyard and two basins. The statues that decorated the fountain are now on display in the Ephesus Museum.
