Another airport in Taiwan is located at the Kaohsiung International Airport.
There are also airports in Taichung and Hualien and they generally cater to smaller number of international passengers however. Taipei's domestic airport is knwon as The Songshan domestic airport.
Taiwan's main international airport, Taiwan Taoyuan International Airpor has direct buses to Taipei, Taichung and other nearby cities.

There is a U-Bus company which have shuttle routes to HSR Taoyuan (Jhongli) station where you can board the high-speed trains linking to Jhongli Transit Station to reach for the mainline TRA train.
