How To Travel To Kunming?
Kunming International Airport (KMG) serves international flights from various South East Asian cities like Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore.
The airport also has numerous domestic flights throughout China. From the airport to the city area is about 9 km.
A taxi ride from the airport to the city area will cost a traveller around 20-25. During peak periods however the price will be double as Kunming is known to have
major traffic flow issues.
