Since this is e-tickets and not physical tickets, no collection is required.

Min 2 days in advance booking.

Full payment is required via bank funds transfer upon booking.

Cancellation or no show will result in non refundable of payment.

No amendment of booking once confirmed.

After booking is completed :-

Will provide you with the ferry operator confirmation code. Latest 2 to 3 days before departure date.

Collect boarding passes by showing code to staff at Sindo ferry counter level 3 HarbourFront Centre at least 1 hour before departure time. Can collect earlier once code is advised.
