Founded in 1992 with headquarters at Xi'an, Shaanxi, People's Republic of China and operating under parent company Hainan Airlines, Chang An Airlines is China's low cost budget airline which has flight operations such as scheduled passenger and cargo services to destinations within Shaanxi province as well as to neighbouring provinces in China.
The airline operates from its main base at Xi'an Xianyang International Airport and from a secondary hub located at Yinchuan Hedong Airport.
