About Kuching
Kuching is the capital city of the Sarawak, the Eastern Malaysian State. Being the 4th largest city in Malaysia, much of Kuching are green and nature rich.
Where To Go In Kuching Town?
In Kuching town, you can find several museums such as the popular Sarawak Museum, Chinese Museum, Cat Museum, etc.
Some interesting landmarks can be found at some sites such as the Astana (the Rajah's former palace), Fort Margherita, Tua Pek Kong temple and The Main Bazaar.
The Kuching waterfront is a riverside esplanade and is located right next to all the major hotels and business and commercial centre. The esplanade offers pleasant walk in the evening.

The old Courthouse building forms the link between Carpenter Street and India Street, and is worthy of a fast stroll to witness the faded colonial splendour (now restored and modernised).

It also has a number of flights covering other parts of Malaysia such as Johor Bahru, Kota Kinabalu, Labuan, Sibu, Bintulu and Miri.
MASWings bought over the rural air service of FlyAsian Express (FAX) and has flight connection links between Kuching and Mukah.
Limited International Connections
Kuching international flight services are quite limited with few weekly flight operations to cities like Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Pontianak, Macau, Bali and Singapore.
