The Grand Hyatt Beijing Hotel is a 5 star luxury hotel in Beijing. Overall, my experience while staying at the hotel was great, the staff were very nice, friendly and welcoming. They are helpful too. The hotel lobby is beautiful, clean and has comfortable seats. The room which I stayed is spacious, clean and fully equipped with all the facilities. Bed is very comfortable, so good. The marble bathroom and its separate shower is great also. I will truly recommend this hotel if you have the budget to stay in a 5 star hotel in Beijing. Worth the money spent.
