Air Sahara
Air Sahara is an airline carrier based in New Delhi. Established in 191 by Subrata Roy, Air Sahara operates from its hubs in Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Bangalore.
In the beginning of its operations, Air Sahara generally only flies to North Indian cities before expanding its flight routes towards the other regions of the country.
Air Sahara also has helicopter services available for charter services and aerial photography.
In the year 2004, Air Sahara goes international by launching flights from Chennai to Colombo. At present, the company has scheduled flight operations to other destinations like Kathmandu,
Singapore, Durban and London Heathrow. At the same time, the company is looking forward in its expansion routes to cover cities like Bangkok, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur and Seoul.

Air Sahara Taken Over by Jet Airways
Air Sahara was bought over by Jet Airways on April 12 2007 and renamed to Jet Lite. Both airlines flies to international cities and with the purchase being made,
both their operations and re-structuring will be merged together.

As of January 2007, Air Sahara flies to the following domestic cities in India: -
New Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Visakhapatnam, Kolkata, Cochin, Coimbatore, Pune, Goa, Lucknow, Patna, Indore, Bhopal, Srinagar, Guwahati,Dibrugarh, Port Blair, Jammu, Nagpur, Bhubaneshwar
International Flights
International cities include Colombo, Kathmandu, Kuala Lumpur, Maldives, Singapore.# Helicopter charter services are operated between Delhi and Mumbai. Flights to Bangkok, Hong Kong, and Seoul are coming soon.
Air Sahara also has signed a code share agreement between Delhi-Chicago international route with American Airlines.
