- - Since this is e-tickets and not physical tickets, no collection is required.
- - Min 2 days in advance booking.
- - Full payment is required via funds transfer to my POSB eSavings Account upon booking.
- - Cancellation or no show will result in non refundable of payment.
- - No amendment of booking once confirmed.
After booking is completed :-
- - Will provide you with the ferry operator confirmation code. Latest 2 to 3 days before departure date.
- - Collect boarding passes by showing code to staff at Sindo ferry counter level 3 HarbourFront Centre at least 1 hour before departure time. Can collect earlier once code is advised.
- - Check in 1 hour before departure time
