Founded in 2002 with headquarters at Miyazaki Miyazaki, Miyazaki Prefecture, Japan, Skynet Asia Airways is a low-cost airline of Japan.

It's flight services mainly serves the flight route between Miyazaki/Kumamoto/ Nagasaki and Tokyo. As of September 2007, flights to Kagoshima has been launched also.
